Lee Calamaio GRI, ABR, SFR, CNE, AHWD, MRE (Master of Real Estate 2011-2012)
Nextage Realty Professionals 120 E. Gurley #100 Prescott AZ 86301My name is Lee Calamaio and I live in The Ranch development in Prescott. My wife and I moved to Prescott in July 2008 after spending eight years in Scottsdale Arizona. Our original home is Chicago Illinois. I have been a Realtor in Arizona since 2002. The important skills that I bring when representing you are; fact gathering, negotiations, and loyalty to my clients.
I have been a landlord, a rehab investor and a land developer. In those capacities I have become familiar with construction, Arizona water law, land development, and many other aspects of real estate.
In 2010 and 2011 I spent much of the year as Co-Chair for a Prescott Area Association of Realtors (PAAR) sponsored initiative, United We Stand, to send Christmas packages to the troops. See one of the tabs. In 2011 I sat on six committees at PAAR. They were, Public Relations, United We Stand, RAPAC ( A political action committee), Governmental Affairs, Marketing, and Finance.
I have the following designations as a Realtor. The first is GRI, which is the Graduate Realtor Institute. It requires quite a few classes and at one per month generally takes a year. I have the following additional accredidations. SFR (Short Sale Resource), ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) CNE ( Certified Negotiations Expert), Master of Real Estate for 2011 and 2012, and AHWD (At Home With Diversity).
I have spent most of my working years in computer sales and the references below reflect the performance and ethics that I exhibited over time.
I hope you feel confident in securing my services to aid you in securing the home of your choice.
About my picture. I have always loved to fly. A few years ago my wife gave me the gift of a lifetime, an hour flight in a WWII trainer. She bought the expanded package. You know, loops and barrel rolls. Here’s my advice. Forget the expanded package.
Respectfully,
Lee Calamaio

Lee was the account manager from Tandem Computers when the Chicago Mercantile Exchange moved its most mission critical applications to Tandem in 1987 under my direction. Over the ten plus years of his involvement at the CME we received nothing less than superior service, attention to our very critical needs and delivered upon every commitment he made. He was always acting in the best interest of the exchange.

Lee joined Tandem Computers as a Large Account Executive in Chicago in 1984. Over the years, Lee worked on many of Tandem’s largest customers with great success. Lee consistently delivered superior performance because he became imbedded in the customer’s strategic endeavors gaining a deep understanding of their needs. In other words, he had their upmost confidence that he was acting in their best interest and would provide solutions that were the best for them. He will always deliver what he says he will.
